Oscar Darmawan is an Indonesian-American filmmaker who is proudly from and based in New York City. He is currently pursuing his B.F.A. in Film & TV at NYU’s Tisch School Of The Arts. 

His main concentration is in cinematography, where he is driven to tell bold narratives about cultural and social issues through visual storytelling. He has extensive on-set experience in both the camera and lighting departments and is open to work in narrative, event coverage, and commercial work. He most recently was commissioned by Jaeki Cho to shoot an interview between him and Mayor Zohran Mamdani.
